Day 1 Cook a ham - potato's, or bakes cheesy rice adn broccoli and corn are good sides
Chunk 1/ of leftover ham into cubes for "Canadian" cheese soup make 1/2 to ham salad.
Day 2 Quesidillas- break from the ham - I make w/ chicken, picante, onions and cheese - very basic mexican grilled cheese.
Can make rice mixed with peas and corn and green pepper for side
Day 3 Ham salad with Lays potato chips
Day 4 (if ham is too abundant can do grilled ham and cabbage with cream sauce) Else how about chicken alfredo? with snow peas
Day 5 Canadian Cheese soup.
slice thinly (1/4 inch thick) 4 carrots and 4 celery stalks and an onion. Brown in 1/4 +- stick of butter w/ garlic powder.
add approx 1 cup of ham (more if available)
Then melt 1/2 cup velveta or other cheese into that and gradually stir in 3 or so cups of milk.
Hooray the ham is gone... anyone for roast - sandwiches - stew next week? Or does Chilli - Western Chili omlet - chilli cheese frito pie sound better?
Good luck hope this gave you some idead what you might want.

I love cooking but I HATE deciding what to make for dinner!
Here are some ideas for the next 5 days:
1. Pork chops in a crock pot. You can buy the really cheap pork chops for this. Put them into the crock pot and put in some potatoes, carrots, onions, celery. Pour italian dressing over it and turn it on for about 4-6 hours. Cheap and easy.
2. Get some chicken (boneless, bone-in---doesn't matter). Season up some flour with some bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture and cook it 20 minutes on each side. After it goes into the oven, melt 2-3 tsp of butter in a saucepan. Drop in some chopped garlic and let it simmer lightly for a couple minutes. Sprinkle some flour into it and wisk it. When the flour is absorbed into the melted butter, drizzle in some milk. Wisk for a while as you simmer this. After it cooks down for a while, put a small can of tomato sauce into it and season however you like. Then boil some noodles for that sauce. Serve with a salad.
3. meatloaf. 2 lbs of lean ground beef, an egg, cup of breadcrumbs, chopped onions, packet of dry italian dressing mix. Cook for about 90 minutes at 350.
4. taco hot dish. brown up some ground beef. Put in some taco seasoning. drop in a large can (16 ounces I think) of tomato sauce and the same amount of water. Put in some rice--half as much as liquid. Simmer until rice is cooked. When it's done, put a few slices of cheese on top and put the lid on the pan for a minute or so while it melts. Serve this with some cornbread and heat some frozen veggies up.
5. just make hamburgers!
Good luck!

Cheap round steak, cut into cubes + canned cream of mushroom soup + sour cream + noodles (or rice) = beef stroganoff. Cook time 20 minutes, prep time, 5 minutes.
Stove top stuffing + boneless chicken breasts + canned cream of chicken soup + velveeta cheese. Bake in oven until meat done, sauce cheesy and bubbly.
Buy frozen raviolis from grocery. Get cheese and meat types. Get marinara and Alfredo sauces from deli. Boil the meat ones, dip the cheesy ones in egg, roll in bread crumbs and fry. Serve the meat ones with marinara, the cheesy ones with Alfredo to dip in.
Make Big pot of chili.
(Divide in 3, freeze, and serve three different meals...)
1 chili pies with chili and cheese and onions and jalapenos
2 Chili dogs
3 Leftover chili on pizza crust, heat, then add lettuce, taco cheese and tomatoes for mexi pizza
Jeez I miss having the wife and kids to cook for. Divorce sux!
