I heard a rumor that even if your house is old, if the walls are white they will not have lead in the paint. Any truth to that??

I'm not sure if I should use superglue since it may contain chemicals that are released when heated, and I don't want them going into my food. It broke into three large pieces. Should I even try to fix it, or look for a new one somewhere?

Why do most landscapers use commercial walk behind mowers when the cost of a brand new garden or yard tractor is so much less? I was looking to start up a buisness and I found that a 8 - 10 year old walk behind commercial mower (32-48 inches) is the same price as a brand new tractor? Anybody with lawn mowing buisness experiance an answer would be appreciated. Thanks!

Preferably, a product which cleans easily. I think someone put a product on my floors (previous owner) they shouldn't have because there's a film that just seems to get "smudgy" unless I clean by hand and then "polish" with a dry cloth. There's got to be an easier way.
