If you mean measurements for inlets/outlets, etc., those are pretty standard to the industry.

GPF shouldn't be that hard to measure. Just mark the level of the water in the tank, turn off the supply line, and flush. Add a measured amount of water (say from a 1 gal. pitcher) to the tank until it comes up to the level. Newer models are, by law, 1.6 GPF, but the older ones can be anywhere from 2-3 or more.

I can't think of any other specs offhand???

Why would you need the specs? older toilets are 3 gallons per flush new ones are 1.6 gallons per flush. Just get a new Kholer.
