I have the standard electric hot water heater which is pushing 13 years old. I'm noticing that it is not supplying enough hot water when showering, etc. Thinking of going tankless to save electricity and water, but I need to know how well they work. Any comments, suggestions, etc. will be greatly apprececiated.

ants in my bathroom(when it is cold outside)?

Evey year when it is cold and I run the furnace I get ants in my bathroom(all inside walls).I try cleaning,spraying and
fogging,ant traps.any suggestions.I never have ant problems in the summer.Do you think they are coming up
through the registers?

My daughter dropped her iron on the carpet and now the carpet has a iron burn printed in it, how do i repair?

this. it is in the middle of her floor and her room is right next to our dining room so when we have guest over they will see it unless we close the door.

my price pfister kitchen faucet is brand new . the sprayer works fine but the faucet hardly works at all?

I am looking for an alternative to caulking my tub. Any ideas?

Two weeks ago I recaulked my tub. Problem is that it won't fully harden. I waited 2 days before using the shower/tub. I think it is to cold to set up right. I have heard of adhesive strips that you can use....any ideas?

My neighbor has so many xmas decorations its rediculous. Everybody is annoyed. What should we do?

So the people across the street from me have so many decorations you can't even see the lawn. Literally. The other neighbors, including me, say that it is way too much and its way too bright. But its not just the lights. There are big blow up things and other things are all over the lawn. But what should we do?

I have a blank display on my thermostat...?

And this thermostat has no battery capacity, so batteries are not the problem. What could be the problem. We can't get into the thermostat to check for fuse.

Where can I buy good quality tools ONLINE?

I am looking to buy some tools from an ONLINE RETAILER to add to my work area. I mostly use the stuff for woodwork (building drums) so probably saws, sanders, etc. Any recommendations. do not send me anything like "go to your local homedepot or lowes"
