Depends on a few things like 1) how wet (or dry) do your plants like to be, 2) how dry is your house, and 3) whether the potting soil allows for maximum or minimun drainainge, and 4) do your pots have drainage holes or are there rocks in the bottom of the pot.
In general most plants like adequate drainage and require the soil to be good and moist when watered and then almost (but not quite) dry out before watering again.
This means soak the plant (as long as you have allowed for drainage like holes or rocks in the bottom of the pot) about once a week. If it looks like its about to wilt before a week is up, water sooner. Usually once a week is OK, flowering plants might need more. And do not put the plant in an area where dry heat from heater vents or direct sun will get to it. They like bright light, but most do not like direct sunlight.

Water is essential for the life of any plants. Watering them daily would help them to live healthy and grow in proper condition. I would recommend you to water indoor plants at least twice a day, once in the morning and evening.
