Trying to install a hot tub. The circuit board on the actual hot tub has two hot poles and a ground bar, but no place for a neutral. Is this correct? Could there really be no need for a neutral?

I have lowered my standards for ironing and have become wrinkle tolerent, but I still end up with a certain amount of clothes that are unwearable without a little pressing. So can anyone help me sanely get through the big, tilted pile on my board right now?

They keep sliding to the middle of the rod, and I want them to stay back, for full view out the window. I don't want tiebacks; I want them to stay straight panels.

Like tape or something?? but I don't necessarily want to tape by brand new drapes.
