Unless they are just over populated, don't mess with them. They have natural predators. Get a cat. Keep your doors closed. LOL. Everyone has mice outside and that's where they belong.

Well i have 12 cat's maybe more now.So i don't see mice.But why are you worring about outside mice.There are thousands outside do you want to catch all of them?Wait till you see one inside.

Get a cat or two and feed them outside. Before you know it they'll be leaving you little 'gifts'.

if you use the traditional mouse trap, use peanut butter as a bait. i prefer to not use the sticky traps, it seems inhumane to allow them to suffer like that.
