My dad uses paint thinner to remove paint from his hands. I'm not sure about his clothes tho.

As for removing paint from skin, the best is good old (cheap) hand lotion. It works like a charm and doesn't dry out your skin.

As for the clothing, it depends on the fabric. Ask your local dry cleaner. They are the experts.

There are two products that are excellent for this. They are "Goof Off" and "Goo Gone" They can be purchased at any home supply store . I think they are also sold at the grocery store.
