well its always a good idea to paint it in two colors, maybe two walls with a light color and the other two with a litle bit more strong color, maybe stick with the greenish and light brownish, you know, the autumm colors, or think of a safari... thats what my sis did and she even drew an elephant for me..! go crazy, ;)

I'd use a very light mint green for the walls, then a dark brown stripey patern across the middle. For our computer room we painted the top half light yellow, and the bottom half light blue. Then in the middle we made a stripe of the same light yellow, then took a wal-mart bag and lightly patted the blue on top, giving it a textured pattern. It looks pretty good here.

I'd say go for the neutrals..tans, creams, soft browns. It will make a good background for your furniture, and won't be overpowering. If you want a uniform look, you could find paint that matches the color of your furniture EXACTLY and go with that..this would be harder to do though, as the slightest coloring difference will make the room look awful. It's all up to you and the look you want to achieve.

If I were you, I would use an off white color. I love green and brown and I painted my room with Porter Paint. The color I used is called Soft Cloud. It's great paint.

you should get a bright color green and paint only one wall and leave the rest white, it makes the room look a whole lot bigger. I did it with my room with pink and my furniture is decorated in zebra stripes!

Tan, Taupe, Off White, Beige. Something that is relatively neutral so that if you change furniture you won't have this problem in the future.

A rich yellow would be nice. Almost a gold. Very elegant looking.
