The chains are for light and the fan. If I leave the wall switch on, it is much easier to turn the light on and off at night instead of getting up and going ALL the way over to the switch.

Of the inflatable beds you've had to endure as guests or as a handy space saving method, can anyone recommend any model of inflatable matress and whether they are bad for the back in the long term?

I have a friend that prefers to stay over on drinking nights instead of drink driving home. The sofa is deadly and this is an idea. Otherwise it'll have to be the sleeping bed!

When you first try on a scrub outfit. Many of them have a crispness that is a bit more difficult to wrinkle. Then you wash it and it's all downhill. IS there a certain starch that will help keep me from being wrinkled? I hate that I spend time ironing and the wrinkles show up so quickly afterwards...

This just started this week. It shakes the copper lines into the house which shakes the ceiling and makes a loud noise. The unit is only a year old.

i have about 2200 sf of dead grass that is in need of serious repair. The logical answer would be to just lay down sod because they yard is in such horrid shape, but I am on a very tight budget. The soil is basically as hard as a desert floor, not to mention it is uneven. Can anyone tell me the proper way to restore my lawn? I fear that laying down seed and watering my not work due to my hyperactive dog. The last thing i need is to waste money on grass seed to find my dog pissing all over it.

The agent also state that I can only gain access to my own house if the tenant is in agreement. I had always thought that I could ask to view the houseat any time as long as I gave sufficient notice to all parties.
The problem has arisen as I gave the tenant three months notice to vacate the property and she is refusing to leave the property and it's all going to court. She has had the locks changed and also stated that the attic hatch 'fell down'. Now I used a hammer to knock the bolt into place for the attic hatch and then secured it with a padlock.
Has anyone got any advice on this? Is there any legal script that I can use to get into my house to examin my private property in my attic?
Thanking anyone and everyone in advance.

these things are driving me crazy! They've relocated from my backyard to my front yard (due to my growing puppy) and they are destroying my lawn. dirt piles everywhere! looks like my front yard got bombed. How do i get rid of these things for good? I tried to locate hole by sifting through the dirt but seems as if they cover themselves up. I have cats but alas one is de-clawed and the other kills occasionally, but not enough to keep the problem under control. Any good advice?
