When you first try on a scrub outfit. Many of them have a crispness that is a bit more difficult to wrinkle. Then you wash it and it's all downhill. IS there a certain starch that will help keep me from being wrinkled? I hate that I spend time ironing and the wrinkles show up so quickly afterwards...

First of all when you wash them do it with cascade. yes the one for the dishwasher in the powder type. you may use fabric softener, they will never go yellowish and will always be white bright.

To iron them, 1. iron without starch. 2. while the garment is hot spray the starch. 3. Iron again 4. More starch and Iron

you will have a garment that will have no wrinkles and could be used twice if need it. Just make sure when you take it off you hang the garment.

I've been using Niagra Fabric Finish on my uniforms for years. I use "starch" on anything that is 100% cotton. My uniforms are poly and I find the "finish" is more comfortable than the starch. Also I use a cotton pressing cloth and LOTS of heat and steam. Hang where air can circulate for at least a few minutes (10 - 15 minutes) after you finish ironing. I hate ironing after 30 years of uniformed services but I can't imagine wearing a uniform without it being ironed. Look sharp - be sharp! Right?

It is the nature of fabric u bought ,whether it is wrinkled or not ,if it is prepared by natural cellulosic fibre then u can't because it is made at the time of weaving by giving different let up of warp from multiple warp beam, but if it is of synthetic origin then u can go for the higher temperature at the time of ironing

I don't know about the wrinkling but I advice you that your iron in from the inside, that way, the suit will not easily look old.
