Just replaced the control box 3 weeks ago it kept makeing a clicking noise and then it stoped working. Replaced it and the new one is doing ythe same thing. Any ideas?

this just happened to me. PRESSUE SWITCH acting up?
release the pressure from the system
expansion tank on the system? empty it of water
then check the pressure make sure that with an empty tank the pressure is at the low limit shut-off switch setting (located on the inside cover)
just an extra thought..
if the switch sits on a pipe then clean the inside of the pipe with something that will fit inside and the length of.

We need a bit more information for diagnosis. Most likely cause is a bad pressure switch or the pressure tank is completely filled with water. There are other explanations that will have exotic causes.
