This just started this week. It shakes the copper lines into the house which shakes the ceiling and makes a loud noise. The unit is only a year old.

Fan out of balance (age or something obstructed it on start-up).
the mounts that hold the compressor loose.
pipes touching (rare)

Have a service man look at it. Most likely cause is a broken fan blade on the condenser blower but could be other causes such as a control that is rapidly working a solenoid operated valve.

I had this a week after having one installed...my fan blade was cracked during shipment,and it got worse over time. Have a service call, it should be under warranty yet.

Time to call the service man, it should still be under warranty, it probably just needs serviced and cleaned, don't let it go or it could get worse.
