They smell fine until they get damp again. I have used vinegar, oxyclean, lemon extract, dishsoap, and soda in the washer and they smell fresh at first and then after the first use they smell "sour".

In the store it was beautiful. Now I can't stand it. The couch is a medium tan 4 piece sectional. Large rug(black and light gold)over wood floor. Can someone into Interior design suggest a new pillow, rug or paint color? Thank you!

I tried washing them several times without using softner in the wash or dryer sheets, but they still are so linty and acutally repel water.

Do I buy a drum sander bit and do it with my hand drill? Or should I use a spade drill bit? (but I'll have to hold the piece in my hand and if I slip, ouch!) I don't own a drill press or a vise and can't afford one.

I own: dremel (and some small bits that go with it), power drill (drill bits), and hand tools.
I have a male adapter (slip on one end, male threads on the other end) PVC coupler for 1" sched 40 PVC pipe. The inside diameter of the slip end is about 1-7/16 ", and I need it to be 1-1/2". (BTW: This is for a toy I'm making for my daughter, so it doesn't matter that it will lose its original strength). The wall thickness is thick enough to accomodate the larger hole.

The duplex that I live in only has 2 prongs in the outlets and not 3. How long can I work with the adapters? The packages say that they are grounded.

I'm wondering if it's allowed - to used old (discontinued, maybe?) but uncancelled stamps as postage on current letters. Obviously they'd have to add up to the proper mailing amount for the item - but does it matter if they aren't "current, modern-day" stamps? I'm wanting to do this for some mail-art projects is all, thought it would be fun :) Any answers / help finding the answers appreciated!*Yeah I know - ask my local PO - I just wasn't planning to go there anytime soon and real hard to get anyone on the phone at USPS ;)

Thanks!
