In the store it was beautiful. Now I can't stand it. The couch is a medium tan 4 piece sectional. Large rug(black and light gold)over wood floor. Can someone into Interior design suggest a new pillow,rug or paint color? Thank you!

Try some animal print coushins or curtains. paint walls deeper tan if lighting is good or lighter if not something close as possible will make the couch blend in not stand out good luck!

It is going to depend on the color of your walls. Essentially, the only way to change the look is with pillows. If you keep your rug, I would go with black and ivory pillows, with maybe 2 or 3 coral ones thrown in to make it "pop". If you change your rug, which I would, I would get an ivory rug, and some ivory and coral pilows for your couch. Look on Pier One online for some great pillow choices. Good Luck!~

get a rug with bold colors and pull a color or two from the rug and throw pillows in different textures and centerpiece or paint the walls

red is a wonderful color you can either paint or just use a throw and some pillows...but i have 3 tan walls and one red and it look amazing....it really pops....or you could try to find a slip cover but i'm not sure about a sectional....autum colors really look nice with tans ....oranges and reds mostly good luck!!

i would paint your walls eldorado tan and them buy some accent pillows with black and gold. also add some pictures on the wall in black frames. this will give an allover tied in look and these colors should complaint each other.

The Pottery Barn is the Best place for fashionable covers for your couch.. They have good quality, great colors, durability, & style. You can order from their catalog if you dont have a location near you.
Or another place to get nice cover for reasonable is Target. or Target.com They have quite a few to choose from.
I always forget what my couch looks like when I pull back the classy cover to wash it. ~ Best Wishes.

brop a few cigaretts on it and let your dog eat a cushion or two....then your husband will let you get another one
