Other than the inscription, you don't give any other information. Do you suspect it is antique? Is it some kind of vintage flatware such as art deco? Is it silver, stainless steel, or some other type of metal? I'm sure you get the picture.
Best advice is to do a Yahoo search for "flatware identification" (include the quotation marks in the Yahoo search box) yields 1,060 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find the information you seek.
