I Planted A Maple Tree(1.5 ft Tall) In A Big Pot In My Room & I've Been Watering It A Good Amount An The Leaves Still Seam To Be Dying.....It Get Little-Medium Light???

My daughters ex-boyfriend trashed all hers & the baby's clothes by pouring water all on them then putting them in garbage bags then leaving them in a very humid room. (Because she caught him cheeting on her so she left him) . I'm trying to save what I can, most of the clothes are covered in mildew some only have a few small patches... plz help she has no money to replace them. What ever ideas you can offer will be greatly appreciated !!

We built a new house and it has a opened floor plan. The living room, dinning room & kitchen are all opened. I have no place to plug in lamps that are on the end tables because they aren't against any walls. Wondering if it would be possible to install outlets in the floor and how hard of a project would that be?
