Try looking online--or even Ebay--Also sometimes craft stores like Michaels carry them off season--however i have started to see christmas decorations already showing up in stores

If you're going to use them as everyday decorations, I wouldn't recommend buying them second hand.

If you're interested in buying them online, do a search for "buying christmas lights" and you'll get more than a few results. However, if you can wait a few weeks, you'll be able to buy them just about anywhere (Walmart, Kmart, Target). We've actually already seen the local Dollar Store with Christmas items in stock, so it's worth looking now if you feel the need.

Good luck.

Don't know where you live, but if there is a Hobby Lobby near you, try there. The ones where I live already have all their Christmas stock out, lights included.

Most craft stores should have Christmas items out by this time, because crafters who make items to sell AT Christmas, must have their supplies for making them NOW.

And like other responders have said, there are a lot of online stores where you can get them all year round.

Happy hunting!

It won't be long before many are in circulation with the fall harvest and halloween lights. There are craft stores that carry white lights all year long.
You can also get the track tubed lights for decorating at spencers gifts and in teen sections of stores (near the lava lamps).

Try a wedding store or a flower shop. The craft stores usually carry them all year too.

There are a ton of online stores that sell them - I'd start with eBay. If not them, try ABC or something similar.
