The same thing happened to me--go to Home Depot and get this stuff called-- Klean Strip GRAFFITI REMOVER--this stuff is strong so wear protective clothing and eye protection. Also get some wire brushes and plenty of soap and water--it can be removed but it is a job--good luck.

sand blast it or you can get this spray on cleaner that comes in a can like spray paint. It was made especially for graffiti. It too it off of brick, painted wood, and concrete when our church was sprayed by some kids. You might just try using some sand and a a good detergent and an old brooma dn scrub the old fashion way!

While you could try a power washer, I'd avoid a sand blaster, as it might etch the concrete.

Paint thinner, or Acetone will remove most paints also, just be careful not to strike a spark while cleaning with these solvents, hehehe.

I know theres some sort of cleaner they use in big cities...I saw a program about how they were using it to clean the grafitti off of buildings and bridges. Google graffitti cleaner and I bet you can find the name of it.
