It is so pratical..the prices also reflect. I needed a basic couch for my apartment in San Fran...Boom Ikea and $200 bucks later...the couch thing was solved...I added a $25 dollar slip cover and a few throw cushons...walla...awesome couch for $300 bucks...it so easy...damn I miss the west coast!!!

Ikea has everything you need to set up a household fast for a very reasonable price; however, if you are thinking of investing in something that might gracefully survive a lifetime of usage, this might not be the place to get it..

I've never been in one. But, I've thrown lots of their stuff away. I don't know howmany tenants have moved out, leaving the Ikea stuff that they got 6 months ago in a pile on the floor. Eitehr they are quite distructive, or the stuff falls apart easily.

Quality item at a reasonible price - their lines are refined and smooth - just very pleasing to the eye. Plus trying to pronounce the names of things is so much fun! :) I miss Ikea - we don't have one anywhere close to us - i think VA is the closest! Waaaaa

All IKEA items are made with simple creativity, great care for finishing touches, widest range.
Mostly you have DIY items that you can fix it yourself.
And the colour concepts - wow wonderful.

Because I furnished my whole living room for 1,000 dollars and they had a place where I could drop my child off for an hour. Plus, I got the whole load home in one truckload.
