My sentiments precisely yet up in Edinburgh they have gadget they use at nighttime at the same time as quiet to target to get as a lot gum off the pavements and agree they should be fined an same as those who smoke right here in the journey that they drop a cigarette on highway or pavement gala's straightforward.

WD 40, mineral spirits, lighter fluid, and cooking oil will work. Just pour a small amount on and let soak for a minute or two. Use a popsickle stick (or something similar) and work the edges up, the use a rag or paper towel to lift it on up.
Caution: be very careful with flammable fluids!

How about a blow tortch and a metal scraper, or Ice Cube and a Scraper. Pour some dish liquid on it and let it sit for an hour or two and blast it with high pressure water.

Try putting baby oil on and around the gum. Then use a putty knife to scrap it off.

"Goof Off" stuff works wonders on anything. I definetly reccomend this for anything. Always good to keep around the house anyway. Buy it at Lowes, Home Depot, WalMart.
