Honestly, I find a company that uses their own personal name as the name of the company (ie John Doe Construction & Development) a business that I could put trust in.
Anyone can have a catchy name, or one that starts with enough a's to get them to the top of the yellow pages, but to put your OWN name out there, basically putting yourself on the line, says a lot.
Because if your company fails at what it says it can do & provide, & it has YOUR name on it, it basically means YOU failed...which is something we all try to avoid having happen.
