You need to give it plant food and more light. A maple tree requires Medium to High light. What type of soil did you use in the pot? Potting soil is great for flowers but not for trees, they require a denser soil mixture in order to grow.

Inspect it for spiders or other bugs. If it has bugs, you can buy spray to kill them. Otherwise, it might just need more sun. Try to keep it by a window facing east in the morning and west in the evening so it's always in the sun.

Its NOT an indoor plant.
If you want an indoor tree try a ficsu they can grow in or out.
Most need a lot of light in a house though.

Get nitrogen pellets and place all around the tree. Make sure you're not OVERwatering.
Trees should always be OUTSIDE, you will kill it if you keep it inside.... They need more free air flow than 'indoor' plants.

Believe it or not, these are symptoms of over-watering and possible root rot. Transplant it and stop watering it so much.
