It must be freestanding for a regular twin size bed. Are there any good websites for free designs or plans?

For living I'll choose practicality versus the likes or nice to have. Depend on your lifestyle $60 dollars a month can get you additional meals &/or your daily requirements.

They have companies that you can rent those from... I doubt they're expensive. Ikea has them as well
