A pharmacist told me recently that housework is not classsed as daily exercise. I am a bit surprised at this because one has to burn up energy.

My husband has really bad breath almost all the time, his gums bleed when he brushes, he wakes up every morning with reddish-brownish stuff on his teeth and his mouth stinks. His nose is always runny (all year round - not sure if this has anything to do with it). He had a metal brace fitted at the back of his teeth 12 years ago - i'm not sure if that has caused the problem. He uses strong paste and mouthwash regularly but still the symptoms persist. Any idea what is going on and what can be done? He has seen as oral hygienist and all she did was clean his teeth and told him how to look after them! Its so hard to find a proper dentist that will do their job - any advice will be helpful. Many thanks!

My boss is older than me, she is 40 with 3 kids and still living with her parents and i am 25 married and have my own place. She happens to be very rude and controling and i belive thats her way of feeling powerful and in control since she doesnt have control over her own life. When she is at the office all the staff members are on their toes, scare to make a mistake and have her scream at you in front of the clients and other staff members. The staff morale is very low, its like you never do anything right. i am an emotional person with a very passive personality and i know that makes me her perfect target; i have tried to defend myself without arguing with her and was placed on suspension. This suspension was her way of telling me she was in control so i decided to step down and let her believe she is always right and have even apologize. I can no longer keep up with this, i feel unable to breath between the hours of 9- 5 and now its also affecting my pesonal life as well

I've been diagnosed with bursitis in my shoulder joint, now the other one is starting to go, wow, does this hurt! My doctor wants to do cortizone shots, I'm not a big fan of that idea, has anyone had any luck with other methods of treatment you could share? Thanks to all in advance.

i have been kinda sick spitting up mucus and have a cough. my right eye sometime has pressure under it and seems a very tiny bit more forward than the left. also have headaches on the right side. what could this be? I think it might be blood clots. It does not itch or hurt. However, I feel really tired and out of breath.

I was just wondering if you can get pregnant the day after your period when you are on the pill? I take my pill very religiously. I just ended my period a few days ago and because I wanted to start my pill pack on a sunday there were two days I didn't take it. I totally FORGOT and my husband and I had unprotected sex last night. I remembered this morning and I am totally freaked out. What do you think my chances are of getting pregnant?? I took a pill yesterday and will definately be taking one today on time. Please, no one try and freak me out; I'm doing a good enough job of that on my own.
