I think it might be blood clots. It does not itch or hurt. However, I feel really tired and out of breath.

Any suggestions?

PS- It doesn't look like a bruise and to my knowledge, I have not hit my arm.

Well...since it isn't itchy, it probably isn't shingles or something similar.

Did you recently find a dryer sheet stuck to the inside of your shirt? Having one of them in direct contact with skin can cause a reaction that is occasionally not itchy.

If it doesn't start improving after a day or so, go see your doctor.

As for it being blood clots... subdural bleeding is called bruising.

If you're asking "Is this serious?" No one here can answer that question. A simple description of symptoms on a forum can lead to non-professional diagnoses of "Contact Dermatitus" (i.e.: a rash) to "Flesh Eating Bacteria."

Best thing is...if you're worried, see a doctor. If you're not, treat it appropriately...see if it goes away or becomes worse/spreads.

hmmm, I had that lately, sometimes its an allergy to something, some allergies do not itch, if I lie down on hot grass with short sleeves, I would get exactly that, and book an appointment with your doctor, are you prescribed to any medicine for diabetes, swells, itches, or anything like that, thats what might cause it, but for now, get some ice and put it in there, if it is blood clots, that might at least make it appear better.

It sounds like petechiae. These can happen for many reasons. It could be your blood isn't clotting well ( a platelet problem). The circulation could have been interupted temporarily causing the "rash". etc. Make an appt. with your Dr. I don't like the fatigue and shortness of breath. Be sure you mention the rash if it is still there.
