I started gettin panic attacks and I hate them. I get a panic attack from just thinking about it. I take xanax, but i hate when I do because i feel like if i keep taking medicine i would get like addicted to it or depend on it. I'm such a nervous person, for example if i here about a certain disease or anything bad that would happen to you i would think i have it. How do you cope with them and relax? And how long does it usually take for them to go away?

I was fine, I went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night with severe vertigo. I was so sick! This was 6 months ago and I still have no hearing (except for the constant ringing) in my ear. I have had no luck on a diagnosis. The Dr.s don't know what caused it, I had no ear infection. I'm not asking for a diagnosis from you, just curious to find out about other people who has experienced this. How did you cope? Do you still have hearing loss?

It's always been red since I striked a board, it's been a few months now. I gave it time to heal but it hasn't turned back to the normal color , it's still red (not purple, red).

I smoked a joint the night before I took an oral drug test. I need to know what I can tell an employer to cover up my failed test. Is there any type of foods or drinks that would show up as pot? I really need this job & I know I was stupid for smoking before I had an interview. Too late now though & I'm hoping to have a believeable excuse. Please help me!
