ok, my friend is a little overweight, and she wants to loose weight, so all she is eating is fruits and vegetables, and i mean thats all that she is eating, nothing else, and when she was over my house we had pizza, and ahe said that was the best thing that she had in weeks, but i was wondering, is eating ONLY fruits and vegetables good for you?

Is it just me or does it seem like people are really not understanding of a smoker. They say.. Just quit, its all mental!! They don't understand the panic and anxiety that a smoker has to suffer through for days just to quit. (cold turkey) They say I am weak!! And sorry but addiction to Chocolate doesn't even come close!!!!!!!! I am trying to quit, been doing that for years.. How do I get past the anxiety that is the withdraw from nicotine?

So today i woke up and there was this red bump thing i felt in my ear and the outside of my ear kinda hurts when i press on it and i don't know what it is. Also, the inner part of my ear is redder than usual and my other ear doesn't have any of these problems it's kinda weird. My mom thinks it's in ear infection but what's with the bump? If it gets worse i'll go to the doctor i guess.

Last night I had that nightmare where you know its a dream but you cant wake up or scream or do anything.
3 times I woke up and realised I had not woken up at all and bad stuff was still happening after about a minute. I was pooing my pants for what seemed like most of the night.
How do you wake up in a nightmare (At one point I thought about jumping out of the flat window, but was too scared in case I really was awake or in case you really die -like in the matrix)

Any advice appreciated coz at 28 I'm too old for this!

Okay, I know that this may sound weird and I'm sure that I'll get alot of comments calling me a fat as.s or something, but I need to know if anybody else has had pain in their fat. It's like the fat on my tummy gets hard at times and it's really painful. Is this normal for overweight people? I can't seem to find much about it on the internet.

My female friend was put unconcious with a drug in her drink and probably she was taken advantage of.
She wants to know what pill might have been used to put her to such deep sleep that she does not clearly remember things.
She is afraid to open the subject to the police but wants to know if she can find more information about the issue , the pill and maybe she can then do something abou it.

last october i had a lateral release surgery done on my right knee, i have very odd joints, they all grew in crooked, but only my knees seem to suffer...i still get alot of pain in that knee, especially when the weather is changing, but recently both of my knees have been giving out completely, and being as that is unexpected ive been falling...something with some dangerous shoes to be falling in...any idea of the cause? of should i go back to my orthapedic surgeon for answers?

Please help, im actually kinda worried...i have to dress up for work everyday, and i happen to be very short, meaning my pants are very long, so thats why i opt to wear heals all the time..no only is it embarrassing to fall in public, i dont want to get hurt in public, rather it happen at home!

Hi, I've been having a white coating on the tongue pretty much every morning ever since a girl at my school bit me hard (but the bite was over a shirt), and I had to take antibiotics.

I was very worried that I had HIV but I took 2 tests since (one test was a month after the incident and the other was 9 months after), both came back negative.

What she did give me was HSV1, the common herpes simplex virus which causes painful coldsores under my lip every few months.

Could the white tongue be caused by the antiobiotics? can it be caused by herpes?

also, I had a bad habit of almost never brushing as a kid... could that be it?

by the way, the coating doesn't bleed or anything, it easily comes off with a gentle brushing of the tongue. It usually appears overnight.

I am a certified beautician and having enough knowledge of related things. My speciality is heena designing , I was doing it free of cost because of my personal intrest. I've been stung several times before, so I know I'm not allergic, but this has never happened before. I was stung at work at around 11am, and a lifeguard (work at a waterpark), gave me anti bee sting, or something and a band aid. I didn't feel anything all day, but when I got home the area around it was all completely red in this weird triangle shaoe. (it's on the top of my right calf, just below the knee), Now, it itches like crazy, and has the feel of a spider bite, but the skin isn't raised or anything, it just feels a lot tougher. It's still red and in that triangle shape.

I tried ice and all that did was sting. Should I continue with the ice? Or see a doctor today?
