When I was 15 I as 4'10" and had lots of problems as you well know. When I turned 16 I was 5'9" and still growing, I got up to 6'4" by the time I was 22. My advise it avoid contact sports, I didn't and broke 7 bones in three years. Try swimming, streching exercises, walking, running, etc. If you get the massive growth spurts I did, you can expect lots of pain in the legs and arms, but that will go away. Good luck.

If you are still that tall after you are 16 1/2 then I would worry. The latest spurt I've seen happened to my friend a couple of months after he turned 16.

That's not a big problem, kid. Starvation, child abuse, poverty, rape, and homelessness are big problems. Stop worrying about how tall you are. If you haven't noticed, everyone is different, and your height doesn't make a bit of difference in the real world. Just go to school and quit whining.

-Eat more fish.
-Go swimming more often. Stretch out your legs and hands in the motion of swimming.
-Go play basketball, try to jump high every time you shoot.
-Don't always look down while you walk. Look up!Lift your head up, not down!

You have several more years of growth.
Eat healthy and exercise.
Try to accept where you are now - you'll be happier - and give nature a chance.
