Okay, I know that this may sound weird and I'm sure that I'll get alot of comments calling me a fat as.s or something, but I need to know if anybody else has had pain in their fat. It's like the fat on my tummy gets hard at times and it's really painful. Is this normal for overweight people? I can't seem to find much about it on the internet.

actually what you are describing sounds like an issue with connective tissue... from not moving the amount a body is required, or drinking enough water etc. this connective tissue will harden, and it can cause pain... so get up and move around, and drink alot of water on a daily basis..

It is probably your scaring that hurts, not the fat in your stomach.
I have had a hysterectomy and sometimes the scar feels like it is hurting and/or itching.
I have also had cancer removed and same thing with that scar.
So I really believe that it is just the scar tissue that is some how hurting.
Because I am not fat so that is not the issue with me. I am 5'2 and weigh 110-115 lbs.
So don't let anyone tell you that it is the fat in your body hurting and make it an issue for you to lose weight.

If the pain is coming from the abdomen, many things could cause it. You could have gas, intestinal pain or blockage, something wrong with the many smaller organs in your abs (pancrease, gall bladder, appendix,...) If you have or are gaining weight, you skin maybe stretching, this would cause a lot of pain depending on how much weight is gained and how large your stomach is to begin. If the pain stays for longer than a few days or increases in area or intensity, you should see a doctor soon.

Pain it sometimes very hard to tell where exactly it is comming from. Its called "refered pain." Ex. when you have a heart attack you then feel it in your arm.
It could be more internal then you think, but it just feels like it is in your belly area.
If it persists I would see a doc.

I get cramps in my stomach if my pants are two tight. It does kind of feel like it's in the fat but I know it's just because my stomach is too constricted.

It's probably gas. When you have to fart, just let it out.
