Have you seen Shakira?? LOL Belly Dancing is a great toning exercise - it's low impact and actually is fun to do. I took a belly dancing class at Bally's last year. It gave me a nice and defined waist-line. Try it out - it's a blast - it's awkward at first - but such fun! :)

What makes your tummy fat (apart from pregnancy) is too much food or drink. Therefore belly dancing must tone up your muscles and make it more attractive.

Hello,
This is only a guess. I would emagine it would tighten your stomach muscles and help make it flat. It should be similar to aerobics but slow. Besides, it would be great for a relationship.
