I know i need to drink lots of water burt it gives me indigestoin, so i drink sparkling water with flavor added.
Is this as good for me as regular water?

I was wearing glasses, I just got contacts. What they told me at the eye doctor doesn't seem to be helping right now. I just keep blinking!!

WHy do kids do this? Is there anyway I can feel safer? I want to babysit but my grandma thinks it will be hard for me and so does my parents. I'm really old enough to, and I want to. I can babysit infants but not toddlers. Particularily because yesterday this three year old (who's known to be a brat) said he would tell his mom that I wrote on his face with a marker he had. He's a tough kid, and no he's not a baby. I just want your input on three year olds. This sounds like a case of the terrible threes not the terrible twos!! Please help, I still feel weird about it from yesterday. He deosn't do anything but talk back and break stuff, he's really that unruly, and that's why I did that. I couldn't take it anymore and I felt bad for my grandma and then he also called me a monster for no reason!

a teenager on my sons bus threatened to shank them and I was told by the assistant principal that now ,"shanking means to pants another person" I am now dropping my kids off at school and picking them up in the afternoon because I don't feel that it is safe for them to ride the bus.

I have been laying on the couch for 3 days now. I cannot kick this illness. I thought it was the flu at first--I had a fever, chills, body aches, etc....but then my throat is VERY swollen--with white pockets on my tonsils. I have a massive headache also. Is there any remedy that I should try? I have been taking vitamins, drinking water, and I have only eatin half a thing of yogurt. It hurts to swallow and just move period. Any suggestions?

I've tried Comtrex (dries me up too much and still can't breathe), Nyquil/Dayquil and Alkaseltzer Plus (can't focus - feel dopey), and Sudafed, Tylenol/Advil plus Cold don't work for me at all.
