Are you crazy? If you do and the other one fails you will have to be on dialysis for the rest of your life. It is not fun. My brother is on dialysis.

whoa. I'd try to sell everything else first. Ever had a yard sale? I just made over $200 selling some of my old stuff I didn't want anymore. And on the plus side, I still have all my organs!

Advertise it on eBay, then. Just remember that if the other one fails, you can look forward to a lifetime of medication or death if you can't find anyone to donate one to you.
The probability of making cash from selling it is small. Very small.

you need your kidneys.
Have you tried selling blood or plasma? This can be reproduce quickly, a kidney can not: when its gone, its gone.
Look into other quick money making ideas before putting yourself at harm by donating organs YOU NEED.

You can't in the U.S. You could probably find a buyer overseas. you can't advertise on Ebay either, they will take it down and close your account.
