i work for a dr and it's getting so busy that i feel like i'm going to scream!!! we see about 70 patients a day and i cant take the pace anny more!!!

This job is probably not for you, life is too short to hate your job. Tell the Doc that too much is expected from this position and see what he says. He is probably too cheat to get another person in the office.
You should look for another job. Is the pay very high at the present office that you are filling in for 1.5 positions.

call in sick and tell them you are stressed out and may have to go a medical leave....you need more help, the only way they will know is if you are gone.
Good Luck, that sounds bad.
You may want to simply start looking for a different place to work.

Talk openly to the dr. I´m sure that he would prefer to hire you some help rather than let you go.......

well i would talk to the dr. cause you never know if he might want to hire someone to help you do things. speak up for yourself!
