I've tried Comtrex (dries me up too much and still can't breathe), Nyquil/Dayquil and Alkaseltzer Plus (can't focus - feel dopey), and Sudafed, Tylenol/Advil plus Cold don't work for me at all.

Have you tried VapoRub? How about taking a bath with lavendar oil or eucalyptus oil?

Try menthol rub. :) It works and you can bring it anywhere, plus u don't take it in. :)
