Why do people answer questions which they dont have clue

It is a pubic branch of inferior epigastric vein.

branch of inferior epigastric vein that arises medial to the deep inguinal ring and gives rise to an upper branch that anastomoses across the midline with its contralateral partner, and a lower branch that descends on the posterior aspect of the pubis; the latter gives rise to an obturator branch. See Also: obturator branch of pubic branch of inferior epigastric vein. Syn: ramus pubicus venae epigastricae inferioris [TA].

well using a translator nothing comes up for any of these words....the vanae i think is vein, epigastricae inferioris is " vein that accompanies the inferior epigastric artery and opens into the external iliac vein". ramus means branch and pubicus i am assuming has something to do with the pubic area..so...
maybe some vein that branches off from the pubic area towards the stomach? Im not a doctor..i dont know how to put that together but hopefully you know what it may mean all together.

a combination brain/blood disorder caused by the obsessive need to ask questions about something you know nothing about, and to which you would not understand the answer anyway. It may be brought on by being sexually deficient, and trying to compensate in other ways. It may be cured by giving your head a shake and no longer listening to the voices in your head. They are not demons, they are the DJs from the local classic rock station coming in over the fillings in your teeth. This would explain your need to want to pass the show to the weather girl, and announce the time twice an hour.
