Appetite changes, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, insomnia, nausea, sexual difficulties, sleepiness, sweating, tremor, urinary difficulties, vomiting, weakness

Cymbalta actually is one of the first antidepressants known not to have severe side effects. If you do develop one it mainly would be loss of appetite. My daughter was on it for 2yrs.
