I smoked a joint the night before I took an oral drug test. I need to know what I can tell an employer to cover up my failed test. Is there any type of foods or drinks that would show up as pot? I really need this job & I know I was stupid for smoking before I had an interview. Too late now though & I'm hoping to have a believeable excuse. Please help me!

Tell them you ate a brownie that looked really delicious somewhere and that it was laced with pot. Ask them if you can retest, and take some ecanecia pills I think they're called, you can find them at a gnc. Did you fail the test already? Maybe they will be sympathetic with you if you tell them the truth and that you won't smoke anymore.

Poppy seed will show as an opiate not cannabis. You're screwed because nothing will show up as pot except pot.

poppy seed bagels will have your test come up hot for opiates, not marijuana....
There is no food (except for hash brownies, and that can't be used as an excuse either) that you can lie and say is the reason for your positive marijuana test.
