plz. help!!! what can i do to stop it????

Calm down. Breathe deeply. Everything is ok. You're just fine. It will pass. Make a doctor's appointment and get some meds to make them go away.

I used to have panic attacks alot. What my doctor told me to do is take deep breaths in for four counts and out for four counts. Another thing I used to do was just count down from 100 while doing my breathing. It really helps.

I get them all the time. Just breathe an relax. YOu will be fine. You should make appointment to go see ur doctor they have meds to calm u down when this type of attack comes on. The meds really help me alot i have anxiety really bad

Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, pause for 4 seconds. Then, begin again.

Through the nose, out the mouth.

Try to get your mind on something else, call a friend, it's all in getting your mind on something you like, if you keep having them you should see a doctor, there are medications, and therapy to help. It's hard for some people to understand these unless you have had one, and they sure are not pleasant.

Try to slow down your breathing. Take some deep breaths. Everything is ok. They usually don't last too long. If you continue to experience them, see your doctor.

JUST LOOK YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR AND TRY THIS. START COUNTING FROM 1 TO 10 AND THEN TRY THINKING ASBOUT SOMETHING NICE, LIKE A PARK OR A NICE BIG CONE OF ICE CREAM OR JUST TRY THINKING ABOUT THE BEAUTY IN NATURE, THIS SHOULD CALM YOU DOWN A BIT. AND PLEASE JUST REMEMBER YOURE HERE FOR A REASON AND GOD LOVES YOU NO MATTER HOW YOU ARE AND WHAT YOUVE DONE. JUST TAKE IT EASY AND MAYBE TRY WRITING DOWN IN A PIECE OF PAPER EVERYTHING THAT YOU FEEL RIGHT NOW, THEN JUST TRHOW THE PAPER AWAY AND WRITE IN ANOTHER ONE WHAT MAKES YOU SMILE. YOULL SEE YOURSELF SMILING AND FORGETTING ABOUT YOUR PANIC.

try to calm down. close your eyes and concentrate on breathing. deep breaths in and out. dont think of anything else except your breathing. if you cannot clear your mind, just keep telling yourself over and over "this will pass". it works for me

Breathe deep and meditate for about 10 minutes on something that is peaceful to you in a dark room.....Always helps me!!!!!!!

Breath. take deep breaths. as deep as you can and try to make yourself relax. youll be ok. youll start to come down just breath deep breaths. i used to have them all the time
