My buddy says he has 20/25, he's trying to tell me that his vision is far superior to my 20/20 vision. I'm pretty sure 20/20 is as good as it gets, right?

Recently, I began not being able to see very clear(objects close to me). For a minute, I'll be able to see it then it's blurred. The first time it happened reading glasses seemed to help. It went away for a month or so, and now is back. It's a little worse this time, but the blurriness changes constantly. It's not consistent. Today my eyes feel strained. I went to an eye doctor after the first time this happened. He said my eyes seem fine, just should wear reading glasses while reading/computer use. This time though, reading glasses dont always help. Any suggestions?

How long did it take for you to get use to them in your eye? Do you wear it comfortably now? And also is there a major difference in soft lenses that hard lenses that you think? Do you think it is better on dryness?

I was wondering about this and not sure if anyone knows or have thought about it. But looking at the sun or (light) is supposedly make your irises of your eyeball smaller like the circle part of your eyeball of the colored part I did not mean your eyes getting smaller like a asian...lol. But it could the sun permanently, temporarily change your eye iris size? Because I am always looking at the sun and know it is bad for my eyesight but I am more worried about the looks about my eyes(yes laugh at me). I do not want my irises getting smaller and if you know if there are any ways or suggestions to make them bigger that would be great.
I think big irises are sometimes called people with beatle eyes. So does the sun really affect your iris of your eyeball is my question...THANKS please respond!

I got contact lenses last week but I also have a pinguecula. The pinguecula a very small not too noticable. The optometrist said that my lenes will sit slighlty off centre because of it.
I want to know if the pinguecula will get any bigger if the lens rubs it or irritates it?
Has anyone had the surgery for pinguecula removal in Australia? What was the cost?
Does anyone else with a pinguecula wear contact lenses?

Don't know what pinguecula is check this outhttp://www.dcareaeyecare.com/pinguecula_article.html

Cyl -0.75
Axis +80.00

Left:

Power -1.00

My right pupil is bigger then my left pupil and I wanted to know if it was a astigmatism or is it just bigger, and idk if you can get contacts when one pupil is bigger then the other. I wanted to get contacts, and my parents said I wouldn't because my eyes where messed up to much. I wanted to prove to them that I could if it is just a astigmatism!
