i cant look anyone in the eye at all.
If i am and i realise it, i get all self concious.
I cant even look my own parents in the eye when im talking to them. This is an everyday problem whether im talking about a tv program or something i heard on the tv or anything!

this is just in the optical catergorie cos its what yahoo put it in and I didnt know what other catergorie to put this in.

This is something you have to work with to get over it. Someday you will be out in the world of business and you will have to look people in the eye if you want to assert yourself and get ahead. Is there something that's making you shy? There's no reason to get self conscious when you're looking someone in the eye, unless of course you're staring at the person.

this doesnt sound like an eye problem. it sounds like a self-image problem
