the prices are so high everywhere i look...since my rx is like -5.50 and -5.75....i can only get clear contacts now cause the color blends only go up to -3.25 or -4.25 (one of the two). Its still possible to get them but the prices are ridiculously high...well atleast for me. Does anyone know where I could get them for a good price? Maybe $100 for a pair ...I want the color blends

There is only one brand of toric opaque lenses and if you need a custom power they will be expensive.

Coloured contacts are a luxury item, if you can't afford them you will have to do without. If you really want them, look at your other expenses and decide what other things you would rather do without in order to afford the contacts.

Cheap is not the way to go with contact lenses. You are putting a barrier over your eye on a daily basis...and cheap contacts typically mean cheap materials. That usually means decreased oxygen to your eyes which can lead to a a lot of complications, including infection, corneal distortion, increased vasculature in the eyes.... You should be able to call the office where you had your fitting done and ask them to look into your options for you. They know the distributers and can tell you if you are even a candidate for colored lenses (bear in mind that if you require a change in parameters or its been more than a year since your last fitting, they will have to do a new exam...not just something they can do over the phone)

Have you checked internet sites? As long as you know your script, I would give it a try.

watever you do dont risk buying the cheaper ones, if yu getthe cheaper ones, you dont kno wat they will do to your eyes.

If you dont wanna go BLind, stick with the real stuff, or just become bff's with an optometrist :D
