It depends on what the source of your poor vision is. If the cause of poor vision has to do with eye muscles, then eye training may help. However, if you have a refractive error it is unlikely that training can change that.

Check amazon or half.com for a book called yoga of eyesight (it has a yellow cover)
We sell it in the store I work in....
Haven't gotten any feedback about it - but thats what its about.
I'm sure a used copy would have to be cheap.
