Recently, I began not being able to see very clear(objects close to me). For a minute, I'll be able to see it then it's blurred. The first time it happened reading glasses seemed to help. It went away for a month or so, and now is back. It's a little worse this time, but the blurriness changes constantly. It's not consistent. Today my eyes feel strained. I went to an eye doctor after the first time this happened. He said my eyes seem fine, just should wear reading glasses while reading/computer use. This time though, reading glasses dont always help. Any suggestions?

Check a few things:

1) These drugs could have a side effect of blurred vision, can you match when it started to when you started taking the medications? Watch out though, there is no drug without this as a possible side effect so you dont want to stop everything.

2) Do you use eye drops regularly? If you spend large amounts of time reading or on a computer you should make sure to wet your eyes often even if you dont think you need it. A trick I got from my doctor and it works.

3) Are you stressed or tired at the time you have troubles seeing? Are you hungry or thirsty? They also can trigger it.

In general, there are about 20,000 things that can affect your vision so you might want to try and find out what is triggering it to come and go, that will be what you need to fix.

Good Luck!

I suspect the Welbutrin. This is a known side effect of this anti-depressant.
Discuss with the doctor who prescribed it.
