My foot hurts worse after working for a few days in a row. Pain subsides when I am off of it for a few days.

I don't think there's any one specific thing, but normally I'm lucky if I go a week without a headache. So most of the time I get one about once a week. It's slightly annoying but I've gotten used to it. But I ask this because on December 25th, I had a migraine. I thought nothing of it sense I tend to get migraines sometimes also. But within the next seven days I had 4 migraines. And when I say migraine, i mean nausea and sensitivity, basically to where I can't do anything except lie down. I'm just trying to figure out why that happened. I also didn't change anything in my routine, it was all the same. I don't take any medication, I don't have any allergies, and I don't know of any sinus problems, which I know all of those can cause headaches. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I suffer back pain at the base of my spine, usually if I'm on my feet for too long (due to work, most of the time!) and have been advised by GP to do exercises to strengthen my back muscles. Am not sure that this will help as am quite fit and exercise regularly anyway but will try don't know what exercises to do, can anyone help?

I have a sharp pain in my chest every once in a while. It is around my heart area and it is really painful. When it happens it feels like someone is stabbing me then I kind of push on that area and breath in hard and hold my breath a couple of times until it goes away. And the second it goes away it feels like a big popping feeling in that area then I'm fine after that. I don't know if it is something with my heart or my lungs, I have no idea. What could it be??? Thank You!!!

For two days now I've been experiencing sharp pain in my lower chest/upper stomach area. It feels sort of like heart burn, but not exactly the same. It comes and goes. Sometimes it's on the right side, sometimes the left, sometimes in the middle. I do have acid reflux, but I've been taking my medicine and haven't had any trouble with it for a few weeks. It also doesn't feel the same as my acid reflux. I don't know if this is something I should worry about and see my doctor or if it will just pass. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I've been taking Vicodin for about 3 years now, and I would like to stop it, or at least cut way down, but I can't seem to do it. Whenever I stop, I feel terrible, hurt, and my legs feel really wired & weird. I have major anxiety/agorophobia problems that it has helped with tremendously. (I've also taken Xanax for years.) But started the Vicodin due to a back/neck injury and then fibromyalgia. I hate to think I'm too weak to just kick it, but it's been a God save to me to be able to get in my car and leave my house and drive without having a major panic attack. I've seen several different doctors over the years for the anxiety probs, and they all just want to start new meds..and none have helped. But I'm at the point that I am taking waaay too much of the Vicodin to get the same effect. If anyone has had a similar experience and has found anything that could help me, I would sure appreciate it. It's embarrasing for me to talk to any of my friends about this. Thank You~

I get really bad ear-ache while jogging or exercising, specially in cold weather. Is this common ?

Is there any way I can prevent this myself, or do I need to see a doctor ?

I discovered 6 years ago that I was not long able to keep tight closed the middle finger of my right hand, lately it spreads because I feel pins and needles and some pain in the top fingers of my right hand. I do write a lot at my job and use the computer although not a lot, I am 53 years old. There is no family history of arthritis in my family. could it be just ear and tear or arthritis? is it worth going to GP I understand there is no cure for arthritis so why bother going to the Doc? Thanks

Ive had Major TMJ (TMD) for years now, and been able to handle the pain ok with shiatsu and essential oils. Occasionally I will have to take pain killers to relax the muscles on bad days. Today -I've got a different kind of pain - behind my eye. Pain killers aren't working, oils arent working, heat/ice arent working. Should I go the Hospital or get my Shiatsu therapist to work on it? Whenever I move my eye a certain way it sends a sharp pain. Whats your opinion?

the ped says he's going to be like 6'4 or something like that. Right now he's 5'7. Do you think the knee pain is growth-related or should we shcedule an appointment with the orthopedist for him?
Has any of you suffered from that?

I have Mono and my throat/ear/nose/face are in agonizing pain when I try to swallow or burp. The doctor prescribes Vicodin for pain relief, but it's not really working. I'm also on two other prescriptions (Methilprednisone and Amoxicillian). I'm supposed to have food with all of these meds, but if I can't swallow, what am I supposed to do? I'm very frustrated. I just want to eat something.

Can I take Advil to buffer the Vicodin? Should I go back to the clinic (of course it was an urgen care, not my regular dr.)? Will they think I'm some drug addict if I go in and ask for something stonger?

I'm at a loss, please advice.

Also, if you care, there's more about my pain here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Agii0K0kUMIAOVaJT1VOP4_sy6IX?qid=20070105212035AAjaQHh

My best friend has been in pain since Wednesday evening. She started with her head hurting (but not like a headache) she said it feels as if someone is squeezing her head really hard. The pain has gone into her neck all the way down to her lower back. She has taken numerous things for pain and NOTHING helps. I was thinking her wisdom tooth could be causing a problem but would that be the cause of all the other pain? She said her mouth doesn't hurt. Any ideas??? I am really nervous about this!
