My hips everyday will pop whenever i move. It is so painful i find it hard to walk sometimes. I can feel the joints moving as i move my legs

Ask your doctor for an MRI - the internal diagnostic is way better than anyone just guessing.
(open MRI - those old ones are claustrophobic)

I agree with "Kitty", that it may be arthritis!
It may FEEL like they are "Popping Out", the pain would floor you if they really did! What your hips are doing is clicking" against the socket that holds them together!
Even worse, it may be RA..Rheumatoid Arthritis...the BAD kind!
See a Doctor..."Answers" is not the place to keep taking care of this problem, although...you can come back ANYTIME and we'll be your support group!!!

It means you need to see a doctor and have this investigated. That investigation should include seeing a rheumatologist and/or an orthopedic surgeon.

You have arthristis. Go see a ortho ped.. NOW..
