I don't think there's any one specific thing, but normally I'm lucky if I go a week without a headache. So most of the time I get one about once a week. It's slightly annoying but I've gotten used to it. But I ask this because on December 25th, I had a migraine. I thought nothing of it sense I tend to get migraines sometimes also. But within the next seven days I had 4 migraines. And when I say migraine, i mean nausea and sensitivity, basically to where I can't do anything except lie down. I'm just trying to figure out why that happened. I also didn't change anything in my routine, it was all the same. I don't take any medication, I don't have any allergies, and I don't know of any sinus problems, which I know all of those can cause headaches. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would reccomend talking with a doctor they're are variety of things that can cause headaches. Also if you're suffering from migraines you might want to see about taking preventive measures and a doctor can help with that.
As far as possible causes one of the more common ones is high blood pressure. It could also be a sign of a brain tumor.
It could be nothing but it's still something that wouldn't hurt you to get checked out either

Stress is one factor, along with the others that other people have mentioned. sometimes you can be stressed and not be really aware of it. And you probly know stress can be physical, mental, or emotional. Also, changes in barometric pressure, altitudes, or strong winds can all cause migraines in some people. Oh, and certain chemicals in the environment, such as new carpeting, lino glue, and cleaning products, and perfume. So you could also have been exposed to these things in buildings you went to, or on public transit.

Well, the most common, (but not ony) causes are
stress, too little sleep, too much sleep, something coldness going to head after eating or drinking something cold. Memory supressing, the attempted memory return (wether that return fails or not) The heated treatment of eye glasses before they're worn, the wearing of eye glasses for the first time. It's intense in this instance. Maybe someone's trying to communicate with you telepathically, regardless of wether or not you're telepathic. Dizziness, drunkeness (often part of lightheadness), disorientation. There might be some that I haven't included.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
