well you know the cause, so you know the fix. Control how you deal with stress. i know. easier said than done. So you can use guided meditation, massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture. Simple stretching can also help in a quick fix. something simple u can try is putting pressure in the meaty part of the hand b/w the thumb and the index finger. You'll probably find a very tender area there. Press and squeeze it. it will probably be more tender on one side than the other. This is an acupressure point. Another point is located at the base of the skull. find the bony points pehind the ears, then slide back behind the head and put pressure with both thumbs at the base of the skull.
But if you wanna fight the cause, then u know what 2 do.

Okay I can totally relate, have been dealing with stress headaches for 6 months! Since you know why you are stressed out that is a good step. First try breathing exercises and visualize yourself passing the test (at least 10 times a day). Try Tylenol Tension if you want an over the counter medicine. Stress is also relieved over time by exercise, even walking. Try to get out and get some fresh air. When mine wouldn't go away (had them each day for a month) I finally got Botox. I would have never considered it but it worked like a miracle. So try the other easier remedies first. Also try one of those heating pads you put in the microwave and put on your head/neck. Those usually help. To help the actual muscle in your neck use Icy/Hot brand - works wonders. Rub on your neck and cover with a towel to keep warm. HOPE any of this helps. I feel your pain!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

You can take other pain medicine like advil, I take it and it helps very well. As well, you can try to get short naps in between doing homework instead of sleeping for a few hours at once only, through the night -> that is if you get about 5 hours of sleep a day.
