low blood sugar
diabetes
vertigo
internal bleeding
heart disease
stroke
If it is frequently occuring, you have fainted, or have chest pains then see your GP ASAP if not make a non-urgent appointment!
If it occurs when you move suddenly or stand quickly then it could be low blood pressure. To raise it drink as much as you can but not alcohol!
try eating a sweet, chocolate or drink fresh orange juice if you think it might be low blood sugar, especially if you miss a meal!

Lots of variables that you didn't give us here. Especially your age and past medical history. If you're young and healthy it could be anxiety or an undiagnosed medical problem. If you're old with lots of medical problems it could be a multitude of things. Just hard to say with the limited information you gave.

possible reasons are ear infections and pregnancy, blood pressure.

You can go to loyds pharmacy in the UK and get your blood pressure checked. I would highly recommend going to the doctors though.
