I had stomach pain in my lower right side eight days ago. I ignored it, but it hasn't gone away yet. Now it's not only my right side but I also feel some pain higher and some on my left side. The pain gets worse after I eat, though it's not as bad as I'm eating. Does anyone know what this possibly could be? I don't really want to have to go to the doctor unless it's absolutely necessary. A neurologist said I was epileptic after I told him I get dizzy and sometimes pass out after working out sometimes. I thought it was heat exhaustion, but he said it was me having seizures. It's also happened after dancing hard at a club or standing in the heat. Without doing any tests, he diagnosed me as being epileptic. The medications he gave me actually caused me to have seizures and sent me to the ER. After telling him this, he had me take another form of seizure meds. He never actually saw me after I got out of the ER. He left the second set of meds at the front desk w/no dosage instructions. The new meds caused me to have a very BAD rxn that kept me home from work for a day. He then said to go back on the first set of meds that caused me to go into seizures that sent me to the ER. Because of this, I am seeking a second opinion about being epileptic. My appt w/the second neurologist is this month.

Ok Im in alot of pain, I stubbed my big toes really back that almost all of my nail got ripped. I have no health insurance so I need so ideas. I clean it like every 2 hours. Should I take the nail off, its just hanging on but it would really hurt if I had to rip it off. Should i soak my toe in something or I don't know. Any advice would be great, Thankyou!

The cyst was caused because of torn cartilage and fluid leaking into the back of my leg. The cyst was large and the doctor scraped it from my hamstring. I am working with a therapist and the doctor and she seem to believe this will all be okay. I have my doubts and wonder if anyone has had a similiar experience.

Its about my step dad. He is in Iraq and something has happen to him. One day he was eating some chicken and start chocking. He notice that he went blind in his right eye. He went to the emergency room and they sent him to Germany. The doctors dont know whats wrong with him so they sent him back to Iraq. He said That his eye sight was coming back but he still cant see well. So he went back to the doctor and they said they would send him back to the states to some hospital in Washington, D.C. i was thinking about getting my ear peirced for about a month now and 2 hours ago and my uncles dog bit almost a complete hole through my ear. it had its shot 3 months ago so it all updated. should i just clean it out really good and make the rest of the hole or should i get it checked out?

On Saturday, my cat ran past me and over my foot. As he pushed off my foot, his nail caught my big toe right along the nail bed on the side. Apparently he punchtured the skin and it was bleeding for a minute or two. I rinsed it off and then poured peroxide on it and then covered with a bandage with topical antibiotic. Now the area just next to my nail is redish and hurts to the touch. I've been soaking with a foot bath of warm water and epsom salt. I don't want to over react and call my doc if I don't have to. Any suggestions as to what else I can do for this and/or when I should be concerned enough to call the doc?

i've gone to the doctor and she gave me medicines but it didn't work. does anyone know what could be causing this? it's worse when i stare at the computer/gameboy or when i dont get enough sleep, or when i wear too much eye makeup. but even if i dont do those things, its always sort of there.

After the tooth pulling i couldn't open my mouth any amount for as we speak 11 days still no better....woke up this morning and had an extremely sore and seized up heel bone on the opposite side of my body.....is this a sign of infection?....lock jaw?...or just poor luck? I've been having intense,throbbing pain in my head for about 3 weeks now (I can actually hear the pulsating noise in my head and it doesnt EVER stop). I got tests done to rule out a brain aneurysm/tumor...tests came back fine. Doctor diagnosed migraines last week and have been on narcotics/other meds since, which help a little...mostly knock me out.I can't seem to figure out how these developed and what I'm supposed to do.The only thing I think it may be caused by is I just started going to a chiropractor and the pain started shortly after. I didn't realise it at first,but after a few times of having my neck cracked my migraines kicked in full force. Can a chiropractor cause this? I'm also going to neurologist next week to get checked out. If anyone has dealt with this or has any advise as to what could help,I would really appreciate it.
